Our Athletics programs are designed for athletes who thrive in a high-energy, skill-driven environment. We proudly offer Power Tumbling and Competition Cheerleading, each with a distinct focus and pathway for growth.
Power Tumbling
Power Tumbling is a high-energy athletic class focused on developing strength, speed, flexibility, and advanced tumbling skills. Athletes work on drills and progressions for skills such as rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, and beyond—without the use of dance choreography or music.
This program is perfect for:

Competition Cheerleading
Our Competition Cheerleading program is a team-based, commitment-driven experience for athletes who are ready to train, perform, and compete. Athletes develop skills in tumbling, jumps, stunting, performance quality, teamwork, and discipline while representing Legacy Dance & Athletics at competitions throughout the season.
This program is ideal for athletes who:
